Two professors enter Hall of Fame
Olga M. Welch, dean and professor of the School of Education, and Jeffrey D. Evanseck, professor of chemistry and biochemistry in the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences, will be inducted into the Office of Research Hall of Fame on Monday.
The ceremony will be held in the Power Center’s Shepperson Suite from 2 to 4 p.m.
Gumberg awarded grant
The National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association awarded the Gumberg Library with a Muslim Journeys Bookshelf grant.
With the grant, the library will enhance its current collection and promote a University dialogue on Muslim culture in America.
